optiway exp is an ethernet traffic aggregating and distributing device for ge, 10ge and 100ge ports.
optiway exp can be used as a front-end acquisition platform for traditional internet value-added services and mobile core network signaling monitoring platform. it can also be used as a simple traffic collection and aggregation device.
optiway exp is based on the atca standard architecture.
support traffic aggregation
● multi ge to 10ge, multi 10ge to 100ge, or traffic aggregation between 10ge and 100ge.
● single board aggregation: support single board internal traffic aggregation, any port can be used as a traffic input port or aggregation output port.
● cross board aggregation: through the configuration of the system switch board, all ge, 10ge, and 100ge ports included in any slot can be used as traffic input ports or aggregation output ports.
● there are no restrictions of input and output port types, in any configuration mode to achieve this function.
support load balancing
● optiway exp providing load balancing in the following manner: smac, dmac, smac dmac, sip, dip, sip dip.
support rule matching
● support limited capacity of the rules table. it supports forward or drop packets to specify port according the matched rules.
● number of rules: 2k filter rules.
● rule conditions: support for mac address, ip address mask matching.
support output traffic replication
● traffic can be replicate at least 5 copies.
● traffic at least replicate 31 copies to any port in destination group((including the virtual port and physical port).
support snmp
● support snmp v2 and v3.
● support rfc1213 system, interface two standard mib group and a custom interface mib group.
● provide port up/down, system hot and cold start standard trap.
